ey thanks, mate. I just finished the prologue and it was honestly amazing. some of the best story telling I've seen in any of these games. You've got skill as a writer. looking forward to playing chapter 1 next.
Hi! I just read the 0.11.1b update and I was very satisfied with it! The character growth was amazing. I especially liked the scene in the restaurant with Asuna... She's so complex, like a spider in her web... but a spider who'll do anything to protect her friends.
As always Sofia is the best GF a man could ask for and I can tell things are warming up with Isabella too.
As for Ava... I cant wait to know what's really going on with her...
The end of the update was a great cliffhanger... Seeing Jasmin so sad made my protective urge snarl and left me wondering if something bad has happened to Julie...
My usual post on the topic .... since the file size is getting chunky (and you already have the game split into two parts) as an alternative to splitting the game up like that you could just make RPA files of the pictures used in the various sections as those take up the most space. It would allow someone to just drop the archives into a spot the game can find them, and not have to deal with save transfers and the like when it gets chunky. Also let's the players have access to the full story and all replays from start to finish
As another dev pointed out this doesn't really work if the coding is changed heavily between versions but if the concern is android locking out the install folders so it's a pain in the ass to add files... most of the porters on f95 have been adding secondary folders (in documents usually) where the game looks for files (including saves) that puts it outside the locked area for Android.
I don't know why but I am unable to play the prologue. It seems I can play the game just fine but when I download the prologue and try to play it just won't allow me. It downloads to my phone and then tries to get me to update it and says I can't download the app on my phone
Phenomenal work! I really look forward to future updates. The prologue as expected was a bit rough but you get used to it then the update to ch1 was a lot smoother. You're definitely moving in the right direction. Great animations and details, major props to the environmental originality, you can really see/feel the emotions of the characters as you go through the story. The thing I love MOST about this however is the ABSOLUTE ROLLERCOASTER you are on the entire time! One moment it's a dark mood and you're either a total badass or in danger the next you're on the edge of your seat with your heartstrings being tugged on from the sheer amount of wholesome content and emotions! I won't lie I downloaded this on my phone a while ago and tried to play it but the start was a bit rough kinda hard to get into really but if you can get passed that and push on and into the story you just get sucked in! I'll definitely be following for future updates you're doing great work here bloodlines. Keep it up you've got a great thing going here.
Hi Dev, fabulous game and excellent work! I think this game contains peak HS1 model quality! It has the exact well-crafted amount of humors, emotions, stories and CGs. Lovin' this! I played all the way from prologue to Chapter 1 and man.. huge rollercoster of emotions I had throughout. Wonderful game. Lastly, I totally enjoy the mid-western vibe music and am considering making a Spotify playlist for this. I have made many playlists for Eternum, MBML, Ripples and so on. Want to add your beautiful work to our collection too.
The only downside is that the game could add a little bit more background music at some places, especially for the CG scenes. But hey, dear Dev, this is your baby game and you got to decide what's best for your game.
May I ask when this game will finish? Or more precisely, what is your planned "end version/final version" for Drop Out Saga? I will reach out on Patreon or Discord if I don't receive responses here :).
